The Municipality of Mt. Lebanon selected JTSA to conduct a design development review for a proposed artificial turf multi-purpose field within an existing community park. As part of the process, multiple layout options were developed to meet the municipality’s goals for flexibility, accommodating a variety of sports including baseball, softball, soccer, and lacrosse.
The Delaware Field House was transformed into a modern, multi-sport indoor training facility through a comprehensive renovation effort led in partnership with AstroTurf USA. Originally used for baseball and track and field training, the facility had deteriorated to the point that it no longer provided a safe or functional environment for athletes.
Allegheny College’s new synthetic athletic field project involves the transformation of an existing natural grass field into a high-performance, multi-sport synthetic turf surface, designed to meet NCAA standards for both field hockey and lacrosse. The project also includes stormwater management design, NPDES permitting, new Musco lighting, a Nevco scoreboard, and an optional press box and grandstand system.
