The Municipality of Mt. Lebanon selected JTSA to conduct a design development review for a proposed artificial turf multi-purpose field within an existing community park. As part of the process, multiple layout options were developed to meet the municipality’s goals for flexibility, accommodating a variety of sports including baseball, softball, soccer, and lacrosse.
Following approval of the final design, detailed construction documents were prepared and used to solicit competitive public bids from qualified contractors. Once a contractor was selected, JTSA provided construction observation services to ensure the project was built in accordance with the design intent and established quality standards.
The result is a durable, high-performance synthetic turf field that continues to serve as a vital recreational asset for the Mt. Lebanon community.
